In 2003, a father and son were having a cocktail together and had an idea...
Less than 2 years later, Damon and Dennis were the proud owners of Murphy's Main Street Station in the Village of Hamburg. As patrons of Murphy's for years, they had always enjoyed the comfortable dining room and great lounge, but always thought it could be improved. When the former owner mentioned he was thinking of retiring, the Ayers took the opportunity to test their idea. In less than 2 years after purchasing the restaurant, Murphy's had become the premier casual fine dining restaurant in the southtowns.
In 2011 Murphy's underwent a major facade renovation... 22 new upper windows, an updated architectural roof structure over the front entranceway in place of the awning, a new solid roof structure over the rear vestibule, and a sleek modern Halo sign. In addition, 3 large sliding removable windows were added to the front facade giving us the the ability to open the entire front of the restaurant to the street during the warmer months.
In 2012, Murphy's became Mason's Grille 52.
With over 55 years of foodservice experience between them, Dennis and Damon strive to make every customer's experience at Mason's a memorable one. A diverse menu, excellent wine list, prompt friendly service, & a comfortable casual atmosphere await you at Mason's!
